CDTXLR2 Countdown Timer with Strobe CDTXL R2

 

The CDTXLR2 is our latest version of the large character high visibility LED countdown timer. This model is ideal for process countdown time application such as oven applications, paint processes, and processes where a timed response by personnel is required. This timer can count down from a preset (adjustable using the IR Remote) time cycle. This model incorporates a flashing strobe light that begins flashing at the zero time of the countdown. Additionally, an optional horn can be added to provide an audible alarm to increase the "Attention getting" ability of this timer.  The CDTXLR2 allows the time period to be adjusted using the IR Remote, the remote can also be used to pause and restart the cycle time. One of the IR Remotes is included no matter the quantity of timers purchased--select additional IR Remotes when ordering below if required. Operation for this configuration: a customer specified time is programmed for this 4 digit display, and once the time is counted down to zero, the internal contact triggers the attached strobe light, which continues to flash until the local reset button is pressed, or by using the IR Remote--thus restarting the process time cycle. Alternatively, the power On/Off switch can be turned to Off removing power completely and shutting the timer and any signaling devices attached to Off. Standard operation of this model is as a countdown timer, that once it reaches "zero", it closes the internal contact that can be used to switch a signaling device--in this case the strobe light (other signaling devices can be controlled instead of the strobe--like a pre-recorded message device, or other audible signal (like the optional horn listed below)--with or without a visual signal--please contact us to discuss options). 120 Volt AC power cord of 6 foot length is included. Custom versions are available, and may be added to signaling assemblies on our site--please inquire. Large 2 1/2" characters allow for 100 plus feet of viewing. Wall mountable within reach for local reset and On/Off switch activation. Wall mounting stainless steel tabs are included. An Optional 10 foot cable with reset switch can be installed if desired--select below. Enclosure dimensions are 11" in length across x 7 3/8" in height (not including the strobe)x 5 1/4" deep. Select the time frame of: Minutes and Seconds, or Hours and Minutes when ordering below--this can be changed if necessary by the user.
