Explosion Proof and Hazardous
Explosion Proof Audible and visual signals are typically available in individual components, for example a visual strobe light, or an audible horn as an example, and these are commonly mounted/installed separately when both a visual and an audible signal are required to be used. In addition, depending on the model chosen for the application, these signals may lend themselves to be mounted or attached together by the installation contractor or certified electrician using commercially available mounting hardware such as, conduit nipples, conduit bodies, or other conduit fittings or junction boxes approved for the atmosphere. There are also, "combination" signals that are both audible and visual signals produced by the manufacture as 1 singularly mounted component featuring both the audible and visual alarms in a single component. Please let us know if you have any questions about options for your application.
