Model 8024 1000 S2 is a high volume output audible signal, with 4 input and 4 sound output capability, matched with a high intensity dual or quad flash xenon strobe light. This version is intended to be mounted suspended from a ceiling hanging from a 1/2 threaded conduit or Wall Mounted. Audible Signal with 4 input and 4 output/stages, is a high volume output audible warning device having 64 different tone selections without additional tone cards, heavy-duty indoor/outdoor operation. The ABS Plastic "Marine Grade" Speaker used in this assembly, is mounted to the enclosure cover and has a range of adjustment for aiming the sound for improved coverage, UL Listed for indoor and outdoor use. See the Catalog page link below for specifics of this model. Volume control adjustment, Choose 1 of the 64 tones available internally, output up to 115 dBA at 10', Solid-state microprocessor design. The strobe is automatically switched on whenever a tone is activated. Easily selectable warning tones from steady horn, wail, yelp, hi-lo, siren, etc. (see below PDF file literature for tone list and the sound file list to hear what sounds are available), activation by applying operating power, or this model has the ADDED feature of up to 4 stage or 4 outputs with 4 input control by using customer supplied dry contact closures for "stage" control. Designed for industrial applications requiring high decibel output and microprocessor reliability. Typical applications include emergency warning systems, plant evacuation and security intrusion alarms, process monitoring, shift start-and-dismissal horns.

In this combination model, we mate the Model 1000 S2 Audible Signal with a High intensity strobe for a combination horn strobe unit using the 8024 Xenon Strobe. 

The model 8024 is a low profile, double/quad flash strobe light. In this combo it is mounted to the enclosure intended to be mounted for the strobe dome to be directed toward the floor in a ceiling mount application, and in either a strobe dome down or up when used in a wall mount orientation. If used outdoors the strobe dome must be in the up position. It has a full size 360 Lexan polycarbonate lens, high efficiency regulated solid state power supply, and heavy duty xenon strobe lamp. The model 8024 strobe features a fully potted, Lexan, multi-purpose mounting base which is vibration and water resistant, and has a plug-in replaceable strobe lamp. All Polycarbonate Housing, Dimensions are 5 1/2" diameter x 5 1/4" tall, 25 joule output, UL Listed, Weather resistant, Temp Range -40C to +71C, 60 quad flashes per minute. A great high intensity strobe with 1200 Effective Candela flash intensity. No metal to corrode, or threads to seize.
