Timer Lunch Break Start Stop Work, Recordable Tone/Message, 4 Control Switches--SSAT4BMP- 4 Relay

This version also includes the audible portion that will allow you the ability to easily record a specific tone sound you would like to use for your Alerts, and allows you to include your voice message as well because it allows you to record using the on-board microphone. This model will provide up to 112db measured at 10 feet when using a tone sound (full volume adjustment). The speaker is included and can be mounted close to the timer, or remotely located up to 50 feet away using customer supplied speaker wire. Additionally, the included message player board allows for 4 channels to be recorded and may be used for other signaling needs that are controlled by the timer. As an example, you can have a unique tone for a PRE-alert to an upcoming break or lunch tone --so 5 minutes before lunch a beep tone is sounded and at the actual lunch time a horn sounds. Another example would be for multiple shifts in a building requiring different sounds for the breaks so as not to confuse those working different shifts. Perhaps a morning start to work message saying "Good Morning" an afternoon break noting a midday greeting, and a dismissal tone followed by have a good evening are just some examples of the options for the 4 relay control of this model timer. All of  these other sounds will utilize the same speaker.  This model is intended for smaller facilities with moderate to high noise where a custom sound is needed, other messages and tones are desired, and when high voltage power wiring (120 Volt AC) to traditional horns, as is required for our standard SSPT724A timer is not feasible. Depending on your needs, this model may have everything you need to set up a start / stop work, lunch break horn in your plant or facility.

In a typical application, your tone/message will be switched by the electronic timer at the predetermined "event" time, and sound the alert. This system will improve the timely dismissal of employees as well as their return to work. This system can be expanded using the optional MP-AMP,  80 Watt Amplified Speakers (includes 2 speakers). Using the MP-AMP model to expand audible coverage of the alert system, a 2 conductor audio cable is installed by the customer to connect the main timer unit to the remote MP-AMP--see the MP-AMP page for more connection details.
